No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Some restrictions apply. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules of the Play Next Level Highlight Competition ("Contest").

Eligibility: To submit an entry, a person must be a legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C. and be in grades 9-12 as of December 28, 2010 (excluding ME residents under the age of 18). Each person may submit only one entry to this contest. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for PLAYNEXTLEVEL.com ("Sponsor") or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter: An authorized user of the PlayNextLevel.com website must first sign in to the website and upload a primary highlight video to his or her player profile. This user must then navigate to http://playnextlevel.com/contests/ to submit his or her entry through the submission form. All Contest entries become the property of PLAYNEXTLEVEL.COM and will not be returned and may be used by PLAYNEXTLEVEL.COM for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

How to win: The Grand Prize winner will be selected by total vote counts as submitted by registered users of PlayNextLevel.com from all qualified entries on or about December 28, 2010. Nine (9) second place prizes will be awarded to qualified entries that receive the second through tenth highest vote counts as submitted by registered users of PlayNextLevel.com from all qualified entries on or about December 28, 2010. In the event that the original Grand Prize winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the Grand Prize, PLAYNEXTLEVEL.com will award prize to first alternate. Process will continue until Grand Prize is awarded.

All entries must be received on or before September 19, 2010. The first round of voting will begin on September 20, 2010 and will conclude on October 19, 2010. The second round of voting will begin on October 20, 2010 and conclude on November 19, 2010. The final round of voting will begin on November 20, 2010 and conclude on December 19, 2010. Decisions of the judges and PLAYNEXTLEVEL.com are final. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email and must meet all eligibility requirements.

Prizes: The Grand Prize winner will receive a Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000.00) donation in his or her name to the winner's high school athletic program. Nine (9) Second Prize winners will receive a Five Hundred Dollar ($500) donation in his or her name to the winner's high school athletic program.

All prizes are non-transferable. There may be no substitutions of prizes by winner. However, PLAYNEXTLEVEL.com reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason.

General Conditions: Any person, who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Contest as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant's eligibility. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and select winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Any use of micro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry or voting methods will void all such entries or votes by such methods, and any entrants using such methods will be disqualified.

Except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agrees to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties to use his/her name, photograph, voice, likeness, and/or statements made by or attributed to winner in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval or compensation. To claim a Grand, First or Second Prize, the potential winner (or if a minor, minor's parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within 10 days of the date the notice is sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and a Publicity Release.

If any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If potential winner does not execute and return all required documentation within the required time, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select another potential prize winner as time permits. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's sole responsibility. The Sponsor may assign all rights granted by you hereunder to any party at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Limitations on Liability: Entrants agree that PLAYNEXTLEVEL.com, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by entrants, for any injuries, claims, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Contest, or entrant's failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply any prize(s) or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties' control. The Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, technical or network; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information; or for any misdirection or delay of any e-mail to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or DMR Website and/or Contest Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading or uploading any materials in connection with the Contest; or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest.

Disputes/Choice of Law: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest (excluding any and all disputes, claims and cause of action arising out of or connected with the use of any of the prizes awarded in the Contest) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas or the appropriate Arkansas State Court located in Benton County, Arkansas, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arkansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arkansas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arkansas, U.S.A.
